The practice has successfully established a Patient Participation Group. Thank you to all the patients who have joined the group and those who have expressed an interest in joining our Patient Participation Group.

The objectives of the patient group is to contribute towards the continuous improvement of healthcare they receive, improve communication between the practice and its patients and also give patients a perspective on services provided by the practice.

PPG along with Lambeth LINK organised an Open Day on 7th July 2012 at the practice. The theme was Healthy Living. This was well attended by patients and the patient group members. Speakers were invited by the group to talk about Healthy Lifestyle. Healthy Lifestyle champion from the local pharmacist talked on Stop Smoking, Sexual Health, Contraception and minor aliments services which they can provide.

A specialist diabetic nurse gave a very informative talk on Diabetes. The talk mainly focused on diagnosis of diabetes, living with diabetes and managing diabetes.

This was followed by half hour session of Tai Chi lesson from a very encouraging and experienced Tai Chi instructor to get all those hands and legs moving.

Head, Neck and Shoulder massage was also offered on a complimentary basis by a very experienced masseur.
